This is a ‘must do’ if you are going to Uluru. Great operators, personal experience, very knowledgeable and care about their customers. Everyone involved has the same great attitude, and it is such a fun way to see Uluru. We enjoyed it so much we did it twice. What ever tour you are thinking about while in the area, just make sure that you don’t do the large group tours as they are absolutely impersonal. We made the mistake and won’t again. Uluru Segway tours on the other hand is the complete opposite, they are wonderful. We did the sunrise tour (on our second time), and they provided a great breakfast where you get to see the sunrise (which is spectacular) at the rock. It was chilly in August but an experience not to be missed. I did the tour with my special needs son, and the girls couldn’t have been more understanding or helpful. They are very genuine people who care about others. From helping with the training on the Segway through to taking photos of us as a reminder of how special the trip was. I can’t speak more highly of their efforts. I genuinely can’t think of any negatives with this tour, and there simply aren’t enough superlatives to describe this company. I hope that everyone that comes to the area joins an Uluru Segway tour.

My sister and I recently got back from Uluru, and the sunset segway tour was definitely the highlight of the trip for both of us. Our guide Tegan was amazing - she was so knowledgeable and passionate about the culture which made the tour feel really personal and touching. Tegan was friendly, attentive, engaging and was a big part of the reason why the tour was so enjoyable. Aside from having an awesome guide, the segways were really fun to ride too. We couldn't believe how close we got to ride to the rock and how insanely beautiful and mesmerising it was up close. The colours of the sunset on the rock were incredible and we couldn't stop smiling the entire time (and taking a million photos). We will be recommending this tour to everyone we know and we will definitely be doing it again when we visit Uluru next time. Thanks Tegan!!

Pick up at the resort was super easy and Nick, our guide, was patient (as I was not the best at riding a segway) and knowledgeable. The instructions and practice course were very helpful. We stopped at lots of places on the path and Nick explained the sights and took pictures. If you take the tour and have Nick as your guide, ask him about his sky diving experience.

Teagan, our tour guide was amazing; friendly, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable! Had a wonderful experience even if we couldn’t use the segways. Didn’t realise they are the only company that is allowed to have drinks and nibbles right there at the rock as the sun sets! Bonus!

We did the sunset tour on the Segways at the end of April 2022. Brandon was our bus driver and tour guide. When we visited Uluru, we did the sunrise tour with this Segway company, and had such a great time first time around, we put doing the sunset tour on our "must do" list this time arouond. There were 12 of us on the sunset tour, good instruction and safety education, prior to setting off. My husband and I had a blast. Brandon provided a wonderful commentary on Uluru, and was very mindful of our safety at all times. Having the wonderful nibbles and drinks at the end of the tour watching the sunset over Uluru was spectacular. Thank you for a great afternoon/evening. Julie and Robert C.

Our family had the most amazing experience on the sunset Segway tour it was the such a good tour and the perfect way to see Uluru. Our guide Brandon made the tour that much more enjoyable with his sense of humour and Witt, he was super informative and respectful of the indigenous culture and community, really friendly, gave good instruction, and pointed out the best views. As we had never been on a Segway before we were all really nervous but both Brandon and Dan were super encouraging and patient with all of us and calmed our nerves with a little training course and after a minute or so it felt like we were pros. I Would definitely recommend booking the Segway tour if visiting Uluru. We had so many laughs on the tour and got some really great picture. It was the highlight of our trip. A big shout out to Brandon thanks mate.

This was a truly humbling experience, to be able to come close to Uluru on a segway! Our tour guide Daniel is a lovely bloke, very friendly and knowledgeable. He’s really accomodating, made the experience more relaxed as we were quiet hesitant at first to use the segway, but it was so easy to use, my 74 year old mum had a grand time on it! That’s how easy it was to use. Thank you Daniel, keep up the good work, you’re a great guide, highly recommended!

Oh my - absolutely so much fun!!! I have done this tour a couple of times, and love love love it. You can get up close and personal with the Rock, as well as learn about the Anangu Tjukupa stories and see the Tjukuritja evidence. On this tour, we finished at the old climb site and watched the sunset on the rock.

This tour allows you to see Uluṟu close up, including the protected side which is a revelation. Full training and safety wear is provided. Our group took about 10 mins to become acquainted and confident. Then it is an enjoyable trip around the rock stopping here and there at places of interest, like rock formations with special significance and beautiful waterholes and indigenous rock art. The flora also changes as you round the rock. Daniel our guide enriched the experience with useful training, safety guidance, indigenous stories and geological information. Loved it! Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved this tour! Daniel was a brilliant guide, very informative. I was a little hesitant as I've never ridden a Segway before but it was super easy. They give you some really good instructions to start with and there is a little practise track before you head off. The base of Uluru is over 10km so it's a much more time effective and fun way to go around the base of it. You stop along the way for the guide to tell you different stories and facts about the cultural, spiritual and significance of the site. The guides are accredited so you know that the information you are getting is correct. I highly recommend this tour!
